Thank you. Do you put the SSKI on your cysts? Mine flared up as I was getting over this cold. I'm going for more walks now, getting out in the sun and "fresh" city air :) hope that will move the lymph. Have you gotten a cyst while fasting? Not that I'll be fasting anytime soon, just curious.
