- I don't think you are doing anything wrong. I have done various water fasts, and from what I know of people who do both juice and Water Fasting the symptoms of detox are pains in lower body and legs.

I often get these pains when water fasting, and see my post at

I also think, having read other posts, that detox symptoms are less in juice fasting than water fasting, so don't worry.
