Hi, I am on my 9th day of a juice fast/diet. I feel fine, a little tired. I had a headached for the first 3 days and then my legs, hips and lower back hurt for days 4-7, but now, other than being tired, I feel good. I have lost 11 pounds so far. Are you thinking of fasting? When will you start?
