totally agree about Celery and i find that cucumber has even more effect as it has dropped my bp by 20 on each account. i suffer from "white coat syndrome" and fooled the doctor by having a normal reading one visit by eating cucumber. i smiled when i see it but knew that i must continue and maintain my readings when visiting him otherwise it meant more pills. at home my readings were just about normal, tomi.
