oh yah! i've been pooing out a zoo and posting the gory details too. yes it's gross digging round in your own crap and is it ever humiliating! but im glad to have found and identified some of mine...i need the proof to believe....and maybe helped others be more patient with their cleanse too.

when you said you cleansed for months and then did this one and one day later surprise....i think maye it takes a while for all this stuff to come out after it's dead. i started 2 months ago and before that i did little off and on, just after my Liver Flush a few weeks back did i actually start to see the results.

and when you say you feel little pains here and there...that is exactly how i felt after the coenzime q10 dose. at one point i felt things in my ear and then jaw and my ear popped, elbow and knee joints hurt...and then it stopped. yesterday i passed what i think was a 30 inch Tapeworm broken in two pieces....

i can't wait till it's all out!
