Hi Nicole,

Your Success: Like Evanluck I too experienced my worst health during the period that I was trying to kill candida. I put all the terrible symptoms down to die-off. I now see that the candida protocol was just making me more acidic and that is why I felt so bad. When I found this forum I forgot everything I thought I knew about candida and concentrated on alkalising the Moreless way. I have been symptom free for 2 years and never felt better.
