i was feeling experimental and pressed a large fresh clove in a starfrit (?spelling?) garlic crusher and put in very warm water, then after a few minutes i strained it. the water took on the odor right away, the garlic is some pretty strong stuff!

for some reason i got cramps with this one. i don't know if i'd like to do it again...as i find the coffee enema much nicer!
