I could ask the same question to you, if you are so happy with your diet, then why are you here...I am here because it is not just about diet..it is about support too, this is a support forum...it can be about supplements...certain symptoms we're having, etc. I know the diet is about a lot of vegetables too, but I am having problems eating vegetables...and there are others here who have cured their Candida overgrowth with fruit, or are currently eating fruit like mo123 and vx. Even the whole rice or no rice issue or grains/no grains is a controversy, could be good, could be bad...and I stated in my last post that I didn't think I was an expert and not sure at all which is the right diet to be following yet, I don't think anyone here knows for sure...so that's why I am here too...I have just as much of a right to be here and am NOT trying to upset anyone.
