So true. The three days I prepared and baked food for an event I couldn't eat a morsel.
This last fast I got a lot of pleasure out of a few meals I made for others.


As for the EFT, people who've seen how much it can help just wouldn't feel right keeping that (gluttonously) to themselves. Free will is a wonderful and troublesome thing.
