It's new to me aswell but when you are suffering detox symptoms or have constipation it's a great relief to wash the poison out. You have to buy an enema bag, they are very inexpensive. I ordered mine online but I think you can get them at the chemist. The bag usually holds about 2 pints of liquid. You hang the bag on a hook at waist height. The bag is attached to a long thin tube with a tiny tap at the end. You lie on your right side on the floor on a towel and insert the tube into the rectum. Then turn the little tap to let the liquid flow into you. Wait for 15 min and then use the toilet. At first you cant hold for more than a minute but you keep trying. Then all the waste comes out with the enema liquid.
