I am very new to this forum. I just started to look into Metabolic Typing to help myslef with some health problems.

I want to find out what is my metabolic typing. I was thinking to use Mercola test but than I started to read about Dr Kelleys.

I have been trying to cure myself for quite some time. I have spent a lot of money trying to do it. I just need to find a test that could help me to establish my metabolic type.

Can somone tell me please what would be the best test to take? Should I get Dr Kelleys book and do it myself? should I use Mercola test? Please help me. The more I read about it, the more I get confused.

I have been trying to find someone in my area that could be trained in it but I can't find anyone.....
I hope somone can help me on this forum.
