What plant oils do you mix yours with?
I MAKE SOME HERB OIL EXTRACTS AND AS WELL, YOU CAN BLEND IN ANY OF THE COMMON NUT OILS OR EVEN SEED OILS IF YOU DESIRE.

I mixed mine with raw honey today
THE 2 DON'T MIX UNLESS THEY ARE COOL AND THICK. ONE BEING A WATER PRODUCT AND THE OTHER BEING AN OIL.

and it was yummy. I think it will be fun to experiment with it.
YES, ANYWAY YOU LIKE IT, IS THE BEST WAY.


I like the idea of mixing the iodine with it or putting it in a smoothie.
I USE MY OWN TREE EXTRACTED OIL BASED IODINE, BUT IF YOU DO A SMOOTHIE CORRECTLY OR I GUESS, ANYWAY THAT WORKS, THEN YOU CAN BLEND ALLOT OF THINGS. NORMALLY LECITHIN WILL NOT BLEND IN A SMOOTHY BECAUSE IT IS AN OIL, BUT IT WILL STICK TO THE SOLIDS IN THE DRINK.

One things for sure....it makes me go the bathroom quick like.
