Hi -- Could you please give me more details about what your tooth situation was and you dealt with it through fasting and oil pulling? I have a molar that seems to be infected and I want to oil pull to avoid the need for a root canal (I am terrified of root canals or tooth extractions...). I am already partially fasting as I can't chew on that side anyway, but I have water fasted before and I would have no problem doing it now if it helps. How long did you fast and were you only drinking water?
