i trying diffucan, colostum, lactoferrin nutri adrenal extra and almond oil. the almond oil i hoping is a prebiotic but there not much reasearch on it. seems to be working but not cured! only eating meat fish and veg, but no root veg or tomotoes.i don't think fos is any good i still think it feeds candida, it seems that its about 50/50 reports on this on the internet but it does make me feel ill and not in a die off way!
