Sorry I confused you. Salt water enemas can be done daily. Salt water flushes are draining to the body. One is an enema and the other is when you drink 1 quart or more of salt water on an empty stomach. When drunk, this saline solution is neither digested nor absorbed by the body and it flushes everything down on its way out.
