I bought the giant vat of Barefoot's lecithin.

The first time I used it, I put a tablespoon of it in my Vitamix drink. It took me a half hour to get the pitcher clean so I vowed never to do that again.

After that I devised a method to use a funnel to get the lecithin into a jar. It was very messy and I learned to cover the kitchen counters with newspaper as it is hard to get the lecithin off of ANYTHING it touches.

Now I just take a swig of it nitely. I do not mix it with anything as figure I get my olive oil in my salads. If you do not mind the taste, it is an easy solution. It is not an easy product to use but I think if has so many more benefits than the granular lecithin.
