Hallo Everybody,

I want to attempt to do a 21 Day water fast.
I am 20 years old but the thing is that I am worried about having loose skin after my Water Fast because of the fast weight loss.

I currently weight 85kg - [187pounds].
I plan om fasting a eating raw food to my goal weight of 55kg - [121pounds].
I am 167cm tall..about 5'5".

Will I have excess skin after a fast? and is it in any way preventable????

PLEASE HELP!!!!!
