I'm wanting to do this but after I got the CoQ10 I was reading last night that you should dump the stuff out of the caps and put it in honey or something. Does everyone do it this way ?

or is it ok to use the softgel caps (I guess there's liquid in them?) and I'm reading the bottle and here's what else is in them...
soy bean oil, gelatin, glycerin, chlorophyll, titanium dioxide (natural mineral whitener)??

These are 100 mg so I would have to take 30. Do you think that would be ok with this other stuff in there ?
