Hi I have taken 3000mgs at a time on 4 different
occations & have had NO probs..
It has cleared out "3" different life stages of worms
& my headaches are almost completely gone.

I will continue to do CoQ10 Monthly 3000mgs on 3 days before every full moon.
It does make a difference to do a enema on the full moon. why monthly..because it takes a while to get all the life stages of these critters.
