Maybe you spend less time with the insults and spend more time learning some facts about what you are posting about.

"There happens to be a Great Difference between Flexibility and Elasticity !"

Not really. In order for there to be elasticity there must be flexibility. Think about it.

"When a person lacks the needed Alkaline Minerals that provide for Elasticity, they may indeed Flex out like in Beer bellies, but then they are unable to return back into the Orginal shape !"

Again, it is not alkaline minerals that allow for elasticity. What about the acidic substances amino acids, ascorbic acid and sulfur that are all COMPONENTS of elastin? The copper and zinc you mentioned again are catalysts, not components of elastin.

Furthermore, as I pointed several times already the beer is affecting fat, not elastin, which leads to the beer bellies.

As for blood vessels the loss of elasticity again is not from stiffness. Losing elastin leads to stretching, not stiffness as you claimed. A simple way to understand this concept is to consider wrinkles. Wrinkles result from a loss of elastin in the skin. Is the skin stiff? Of course not!!! Because loss of elastin has nothing to do with stiffness. In fact it is the flexibility of the tissues that allow for the stretching of the tissues in the first place. I really don't know how to simplify this simple fact anymore for you.

Well, maybe this way. Why do people who eat diets high in minerals still get varicose veins and wrinkles? Think about it!!!
