If you want to know more about liver health, I'd see Dr Sutters forum. He had liver cancer and survived, I can't imagine liver problems worse than that. I also had extreme liver problems myself and I can verify that everything he says is true. Fasting rests the liver which is good (a fruitarian or vegetarian diet also helps) but it didn't decongest my liver. It has taken 15+ Liver Flushes now (to get rid of most of the stones) and a radical change of eating (to prevent new stones from forming).

Anyway, good luck. If you have pain or tenderness, whatever protocol you're using, you'll know if it's working or not.
