Hi Steve,

you always brag about the fact that you no longer use Olive-Oil but better tasting Sunflower oil and get lots of stones.

It DOES NOT matter here. I have switched oils and have produced lots of stones nevertheless. So I agree with you here.

The imp. point is
1) Do u have gallstones?
2) Have they reduced in numbers by doing flushes?
3) What health problems are you aiming to resolve by flushing?
4) Has it really worked? or the results are only temporary.

I would not do a Liver-Flush for one reason. Its very taxing on the body. All that Oil and all that ES is actually harmful.

Look for a normal solution to attain better health. Say NO to Liver Flush...
