I am almost 52 and am healthier than I've been for most of my life (since puberty!).

I have done cleanses, fasts, the Liver Flush and gone over 75% raw. I was still having problems and finally decided to get the mercury Amalgams out of my mouth after starting Iodine supplementation.

Please listen to the below-linked audio; yes, it's two-hours but PLEASE listen as it covers a LOT of ground. No, I don't believe it addresses flu shots; BUT, it does address the fact that most are deficient in iodine, and it addresses so much info in how the human body NEEDS Iodine that I'm almost positive you will recognize something within those two hours that relates to you or someone you love.
