thanks dianepmt, the wriggling part made me giggle! i don't know if i'd want to take it that far as to see it move! the deal with the rice things... i know it's not rice since i haven't eaten any rice or anything to resemble it...not sure how much a lab would charge me or if i'd actually want to take it to that step. im glad it's not in me anymore. the liver cleanse is next. i dread that one. just the thought of chugging all that olive oil! but it needs to be done! :-)
