He won't block your calls because he loves playing games and stringing you along. You continue to be intimate with him even though you know he is promiscuous. Think about this---you are putting yourself at risk of contracting an STD! If you really can't get him off your mind and move on, consider getting some counseling to find out just why you're doing this to yourself. I assume you've already tried to get your mind off him by taking a class, finding a hobby, etc.? Also, have you considered moving far away from him? However, a word of caution about moving away---you will get away from him but unless you deal with why you kept going after him, you could well repeat the pattern in your new place of residence, but with a different man.
