The powder has ALL the nutrients in it to stabilze hormones. Gelatinized, tinctures, etc. have something missing. My wife gets hers in powder form, not in capsules. Mixes it in with cherry juice. Does the trick for her. Which I'm very thankful for BTW.

Yeah, that transdermal stuff will get you. But keep on looking for the hormonal balancing products. Both my wife and secretary looked for years for the right products to get rid of those hot flashes. Seems like what works for one female might not work for another. So keep on testing the various products to see what one, or ones, work for you.
