causes of constipation are eitheir weak liver yeast overgrowth no flora parastites or lazy colon caused by crap diet i use to suffer form constipation i dont aand i now go nymore i used bowel build and a few coloincs and changed my diet to healthy and i now go 2 to 3 times a day
