No! Not true!
If you fast after your fat reserves are gone then you can do serious damage to you body and eventually even die. My last fast was 29 days and I just had a physical at my doctors. My test results were great! My doctor was very pleased and he said to keep doing what I was doing because what ever it is it's working.

When true hunger returns break you fast carefully!
