Hi Tom:

Thanks so much for responding - well, actually to me it sounded a little off about the salt. In other words, I felt that the salt would be detrimental to your health.

Anyway, I drink close to two litres of water every day and am a vegetarian to boot - I prepare my own meals fresh and never eat the garbage outside - I do so much to get my health back and especially to lower my stinking blood pressure but, to no avail.

I am on two medications and, I detest taking any drugs at all in my life but if I don't take these drugs my blood pressure shoots through the roof (i.e. 190/100)....

can you believe this? So what the heck do I do = there must be some way I can lower my blood pressure to normal - get rid of the drugs and go on with my life but I cannot find the solution.

I am going to do some cleansings like a colon cleanse, a liver cleanse and whatever else I can. Drugs are not the answer but what is? I take vitamins, tons of them and still nothing.

Oh well, I am glad that at least you BP is back to normal. The salt that I use is Haine's (from the health food store) and it is seal salt with iodine.
