hi miss h!

i have been taking 3 tsp of cayenne daily for 2 weeks and it was great- until it wasn't. i took it and immediately had a severe burning sensation, immediate sweating and i nearly passed out/ vomited at the same time. i thought it might be a one time event so i backed off a couple of days. tried again yesterday. same thing.
