[[[I went to the curezone site where it is located but all they say is to use 1/4 teaspoon of this salt with every quart of water. So, what does that mean - do you put the salt INTO the quart of water or what????? It is not very clear at all.]]]
yes selina, precisely what you say, you put a 1/4 teaspoonful into a quart (approx 2 pints) and sip it throughout the day, tomi.
