Yeah I have found that letting my lips get wet have really improved them.

I first discovered this about 10 days back. When I had a party to attend and I was so fed up of my lips looking so bad that I peeled them the outer part when there was skin build up and clipped the inner part.

After that I have found the swelling to have reduced a bit and they no longer turn whitish as before. I now wet them when ever I am hope and leave it to dry by themselves.

After visiting my dermatologist(who I paid $140 & $85 btw :( who I asked me if I eat enough of meat as it could be due to Zinc deficiency. I started taking Becosules *Z Capsules (B-complex forte with Vit C & Zinc) tablets which are made by Pfizer, once a day. These tables along with Vit E were recommended by another dermatologist I had visited earlier too. So decided to start taking them again.

Though my lips have not healed are still a bit swollen and still do build up in certain parts. It is a lot slower and do not look as bad a they used to earlier.
