that is absolutely right, there are many Natural Health programmes other than that laid down by Shelton and his forebears, but it is a great starting point in living a wholesome and disease free life, as it relies on the innate power of Nature and the Human body's powers of self healing to accomplish this.

In Sheltons view and that of other Hygienists before and since, if we live strictly in accord with physiological laws, then other remedial efforts are considered to be superfluous and which is indeed my own experience.

However, that does not take away the value of remedies such as the Liver Flush or the Pauling/Rath protocol for the cure of Heart disease, or the natural cures for cancers, which for the most part are based on nutritional concepts such as that endorsed by Dr Max Gerson & the use of Oleander for example; but my main message to everyone is that these diseases can be avoided altogether, if we choose to live according to the laws of our being.

It is so good to hear that you have been able to reduce the number of Gallstones by so many thru fasting and a change of lifestyle. Excellent news that I think is very welcome & pleasing for you.
I am sure that if you continue to improve your living habits then Gallstones will become a part of your history, and where you will no longer be encumbered by their presence.
