Yea I am so glad to find someone else who is young and dealing with almost the same syptoms as me!
I am only 19 and have Acne in the same area.
I don't understand much about candida since Ive heard it explained as about 20 different things....but some helpful things I have learned are that Aspartame should be kicked (I used to consume tons without realizing it and since I stopped have noticed some improvements in my skin) and also that both soy and dairy are bad news.
Grant it, I have only been really focusing on my Acne problem and within the past couple of weeks but I hope those things will help. I am studying nutrition right now so hopefully sometime soon I will really be able to help explain how exactly all of these mysterious cures and such work!
Also I enjoyed your good vs. bad analogy lynz...cracked me up.
