I found many questions posted on here about clay baths.  Personally I have a ton of allergies and I find the clay baths mixed with herbs don't do as well for me.
Evenbetternow has a proprietary clay bath formula without herbs.  The five pound tub lasts forever.  I take two clay baths a week; and I find that I don't get as sick as often and I think more clearly.
