Thanks, I have been drinking 2 or 3 ozs a day, how long would you think it is safe to drink 8 ozs? (months, or always)

I used 8 ounces a day while on the Beck Protocol with no problems. You might want to take some selenium to protect against blue skin but I didn't. If not on the Beck Protocol I only take Colloidal Silver when I'm beginning to get ill. And with Iodine supplementation that doesn't happen often.


I use distilled water, is there a specific kind better then others or does it matter?

Some distilled water is more pure than other brands. If your finished ionic silver isn't cloudy it should be ok.


and when I do the ozonated water is is okay to use reverse osmosis water, or should it be dilstilled too?

I'm not sure about that one but I don't think it matters.
