About 3-4 hours after typing the original message in this post I actually started feeling much more sick and puked.. got some more specs of blood, it wasn't much, it was less that when I originally coughed it up. I also got a nasty fever and a bad cough, I got some cold sweats while I was sleeping.. I woke up and my sheets were soaked lol. I haven't been this sick in at least 3 years.. on the upside I had some CRAZY lucid dreams while I was sleeping haha ;D

Not sure why I'm sick exactly, could have something to do with the fact I stopped taking just about all health supplements a few weeks back, I've only been taking the TCM meds. Who knows really..

This crap is finally coming down, I still feel like $*@ but I can tell I'll be better in a few days.

As for the white tongue thing, I think I jumped the gun.. I noticed my tongue is still white when I wake up in the morning but gets pink towards the evening. Usually my tongue had a pretty solid white coating all the time. Just wanted to clear that up.. I'm not 100% sure its improved, I need more time to tell.
