i researched nursing and mms before getting it, i found lots for and against, but jim h said because we take less than what the FDA allow it is fine. see number 8 here

i also take it after i feed him and from what i can see it stops after 2 hours, so i thought i was covered all ways, at present i take it at night after i feed him and now don't feed until 2pm the next day, but i will stop when my Iodine finally turns up.
