I see that you are quite new here to curezone and would just like to ask you something that I hope you will explain for us.......if you don't mind.........

You are unable to weigh yourself prior to your fast or during it, as you have said you are "afraid of doing so".

Afraid of what exactly? as this is something I may be able to help you with.
Would you like to expand on this a little?
