wow everyone thank you so so much for your replies, it sounds silly but it really does mean alot!

i understand completely that it would be easier and make much more sense to just weigh myself! however strange as it sounds i physically cant! im too afraid, so i will just go by my clothes and appearence for now.

the sore throat has eased a little however it is still very uncomfortable!in terms of water... i admit i am drinking tap water. i know this is not advised but i really cannot afford the equipment to distill the water (or i assume you can buy distilled water?). either way although i would much prefer to drink distilled water it is unfortunately not an option. could this have a negatice effect on my fast? please dont tell me its all been a waste of time and effort?!
