yes, yes, i am taking 800mcg of selenomethionine, 3000mg vitamin C, 500mg chelated magnesium and activated b3. i'll try the ol' pinch of Sea Salt thing too.

and yeah wombat, it seems a bit churlish to be posting about having too much energy! - heh heh - and i do quite like it! - but i am staying with my parents for a few days and i am driving them nuts. and they go to bed at old-people-o'clock and there's no-one to play with! ;)

i'm sure it will all balance out soon. thanks for the replies!
