I had severe TMJ, and very hard clenching at night. I found an alternative treatment that worked within a week and has since never returned. I found out that 100% TMJ sufferers have their first vertebra messed up. It can be corrected quickly, easily, and very inexpensive. I would highly recommend the book TMJ Eliminated, you can run a google search for tmjeliminated.com I believe. Good luck! I know what kind of pain your in, been there.
