Thanks, I have been drinking 2 or 3 ozs a day, how long would you think it is safe to drink 8 ozs? (months, or always) I use distilled water, is there a specific kind better then others or does it matter? and when I do the ozonated water is is okay to use reverse osmosis water, or should it be dilstilled too?
