If you think something may be toxic but you can't live without it. Take it right after your done with the blood cleanser and magnetic pulser. This way you have 24 hours to detox before using the equipment again. Some are less sensitive than others.

It is always a good idea to slowly ramp up when using the Beck Protocol. Drink at least 8 ounces of silver a day.
