FOODS THAT HEAL

APPLES: A good source of boron, a trace mineral that affects the electrical activity of the brain, increasing mental alertness and boosting estrogen in post menopausal woman. Helps reduce cholesterol and contains many cancer-fighting phytochemicals. High in fiber.
