yes i am wearing the same dress size. i understand it may sound odd but the truth is i literally cannot face the scale. i find it upsetting to see my weight meaning there is a chance of overeating. i dont weigh myself because i dont want to trigger anything...its just a precaution. i am fasting for detox and weightloss. i know my goal, i will see in the mirror and feel in myself and my clothes when i have lost weight.

im sorry. i was only looking for advice and experiences.
