Jessiesmom did a very good job. Thank you, great posts here. Not much I can add. Many folks add the epsom salts during the flush procedure which is fine with me. Whatever works. That's the theme you get from the "survivors". We know what it's like to be truly sick and feel so helpless and then to find something that actually works. Whew - about time type thing for us.

Many, many times I've had to double and triple up on the flushes. Back in Dec 98 I started flushing daily and didn't stop until Feb 99. Two straight months of daily flushes. It worked, now I flush two, maybe three, times a year.

Takes a big effort to go against the "Status Quo" of big brother but do it anyway. You'll come out the other end fully intact with all your systems running at 100 percent. Bugs gone, poisons gone, all aystems go. And it sure is better the second time around. Almost feel guilty having so much fun...(you seem to get a lot busier too)
