It all helps but it doesnt tell us what the state of you bowel flora was before Miracle-Mineral-Supplement use. Miracle-Mineral-Supplement can upset digestion in more than one way. Gastrointestinal symptoms can occur as a result of longterm imbalances in the bowel flora.

Diet plays a part in encourageing good or bad bacteria once the Antibiotics have created an imbalanceand candida can gradually get hold. Then when you take Miracle-Mineral-Supplement all the bad bacteria and fungus are suddenly killed off which creates more gastrointestinal symptoms.
At the point you got the most symptoms would be at the time you reached an effective dose to do this.

That is a possiblity. the other one is the MMS wiped out all the bacteria when you took enough MMS but then you have to wonder why all the bad bacteria didn't go also.
So it's not so simple like some on this forum would like it to be.

I would say take MMS short term if you feel you have to and supplement with some kind of probiotics. MMS can't replace good bacteria lost before and it's likely to have some negative impact at least
Avoid Antibiotics and steroids and use safer alternatives of which there are many.
I would try use Iodine instead of MMS first for your kind of problem
