I'm just curious if anyone else has tried this herb mixture. I'm 30 years old, 175 lbs. I'm very active (jog about 3 miles 4 to 5 times a week), but I still have high blood pressure. My bp was initially 150/100 before my doctor put me on bp meds (Tarka). That only seemed to get me down to about 135/86. I recently ordered Mukta Vati and after taking it in conjunction with my meds, I am now I'm down to 127/76.

I just haven't heard enough about this so I'm just curious if anyone else has any experience with it as well.
