Thanks for the response, I agree that continually working on your health is a life-long/lengthening endeavor.

I've honestly gotten tired of listening to dr's tell you there is nothing you can do about improving your health besides kill your immune system, etc.

As we get this whole cleansing thing down, we can move on to other stuff such as finding perfect nutrition, best-weightlifting/cardiovascular programs, etc...that is what I am looking forward to!
